Our Rates, and what they include:
Monthly base rate: $380.00 - $400.00 (no tax required.)
All rates are for one RV, one car, two people and two pets.
Any extra parking spaces for vehicles (if they are available)
or people and pets will cost extra. All spaces have hook-ups
for electricity, water, sewer, cable TV and phone. For phone
service (or DSL) please contact the phone company. Keys
for the bathrooms are available with a $20 refundable deposit.
Senior's (62 and over) are eligible for a 10 % discount for
monthly rates, one per space. We do not take reservations,
as we no longer have daily or weekly rates.

close to shopping and medical facilities.
